- Caste Certificate of candidate of his/her father original and Xerox.
- COI/SSC/RC of candidate of his/her father original and Xerox duly attested by SDM/BDO (2 photocopies)
- Valid challan of the nationalized bank for the proof of registration fee paid during online admission
- Aadhar Card
- Ration Card issued by DESME (if BPL candidate)- 1 photocopy
- Voter Card if any
- Coloured Passport size photograph 4 nos
